The Stone's Folly Art Festival took place Sept. 29-30, 2017. The attendance through the gates was around 3,000 individuals and the awards for Best in Show, Honorable Mention, and People's Choice were awarded Saturday evening. Stacey Utech earned Best in Show, Jerry Ann Dowdle received Honorable Mention, and Martin Bourbeau was the overwhelming People's Choice award winner. To see pictures of all the winners and a list of each artist and crafter at this year's event, please go to the Featured Artists page. Stone's Folly is a juried art show and festival that features both fine art and handmade finished craft items. The festival will also have a large selection of craft and domestic beers, good food, live bands, a children's area with crafts and games, a raffle, and gift shop. Proceeds from the art festival benefit the Most Pure Heart of Mary church. The grounds for the festival are located just south of St. Vincent's and handicapped parking will be available. The first evening of the festival will feature a 2-hour Patrons Party, where ticket holders get a first look at all the art on display.
